Original Hot Yoga (90 min)

Hot Hour (60min)

The Hot Hour class is a beginners 60 minute class consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that is beneficial to all levels. This class is similar to the Original Hot Yoga class, except not all postures are practiced twice, and some postures may be flowed together. Expect to sweat a lot and feel great after!

Warm Vinyasa Flow (75min)

Immerse yourself in a journey of creative and dynamic sequencing that beautifully intertwines breath with intentional movement. At our yoga studio, each class is thoughtfully crafted to be a unique experience, tailored with mindfulness and attention to detail. Our skilled instructors provide modifications and props to support your personal practice, ensuring that you feel empowered and comfortable every step of the way.

Flow through the sequences with a fluid and steady cadence, allowing your body and mind to synchronize in perfect harmony. By the end of each session, you will feel rejuvenated, centered, and fully immersed in your flow state.

In addition to the physical practice, our classes offer a holistic approach to mindfulness, incorporating breath work, kriya, meditation, mudras, and mantras to enrich your practice and expand your mindfulness toolkit. Original Hot Yoga+ Sound

This is a traditional Hot 90 class (beginners 90 minutes) with music! You will move through a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to invigorate and restore you inside and out. Unconventionally, this class will be mostly silent, and accompanied by music, with the teacher leading you with through the poses with minimal verbal instruction. Enjoy!

Hatha Flow

Non-heated hatha flow, incorporates flow and multiple limbs of yoga including breath work and occasional Bhakti yoga (mantra/devotional chanting). What some students are saying:
