New Class! Hot Vinyasa Power Flow

11am Saturdays

In this class, experience a dynamic interplay of breath and movement. We’ll begin by attuning to the breath, and easing into slow movements to warm up and connect with the body. Sequences will build upon each other, cultivating heat and prana within, encouraging students to deepen their practice. The class will explore movement from gentle stretches, to strengthening and balancing, as well as arm balances and inversions, if students feel called. Throughout the practice, personalized variations and modifications will be provided, ensuring each student feels the practice tailored to their needs. Ending with a long Savasana that may include sound healing or yoga nidra, students will leave class feeling centered and blissful as they navigate the rest of their day.
